Under Contract – Watermark, Mt Pleasant – Only 2 left
We just helped one of our buyers put a new construction home under contract in Watermark subdivision in Mt Pleasant. Watermark is one of the few new construction neighborhoods close to downtown in Mt Pleasant. Most new construction is further out so this is good for those looking for short commute. It is still only 10 minutes to the beach and right around the corner from I-526. Watermark’s new construction homes have sold very well in the last year, with 38 under contract in the last 12 months. Saussy Burbank are the builders and have good open floor plans. They have only two left for sale now both priced around the mid $300s. In addition, they do have custom homes on the back side of Watermark at a higher price point and there are also homesites from sale in Watermark.
