600 New Homes in Mt Pleasant at Oyster Point Neighborhood
Mt Pleasant Town Council this week approved plans to annex nearly 600 acres of land just off Rifle Range Road in Mt Pleasant about one mile north of the Isle of Palms Connector. There are still some major hurdles to be cleared before construction starts but the plan is built close to 600 single family houses and townhomes in Oyster Point neighborhood. The plan will reserve 25% of the high land for public use and the building density will only allow 3 homes per acre.
